American Extradition Specialists is a nationwide prisoner/inmate extradition company that provides transport to our clients in all 50 states. Often times this involves driving long hours and experiencing extended time away from home.
Paid Training to all Agents
Initial issuance of uniforms and a $300.00 uniform allowance per year upon completion of probation.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: At least 23 years of age Minimum High school graduate or GED equivalent Compliance with basic law enforcement accreditation mandated requirements for the state the agent is employed in.
1. Must have a valid Drivers License and be insurable
2. Capable of communicating effectively in the English language
3. The ability to write effectively in English
4. Must be able lift up to 65 lbs. and to carry the weight for up to 20 feet
5. Must be able to drive up to 10 hours
Candidates are required to pass an oral board examination, a background investigation and submit to drug and alcohol testing as well as a FBI fingerprint background.
Candidates are required to pass the AES 120 hour training program as well as a basic First-Aid and CPR course. A condition of employment will be the applicant having met the minimum applications or a California guard card and exposed weapon permit or similar requirement mandated by the state where they will be employed.
American Extradition Specialists reserves the right to revise job descriptions and to require other tasks be performed when the requirements of the job change.
Along with completing the application and background package, you will be required to submit Copies of:
Certified Birth Certificate
Social Security Card: Copy OK
High School Diploma or GED Certificate
Certified copy of Driving Record of State of issuance
Proof of Automobile Insurance
First-Aid & CPR Certification if Current
Law Enforcement Academy Certificates
Law Enforcement Training Certificates
CCW Permit if you posses one (CCW is not required)
